What to include so we can help on the first reply
Most exchanges take two messages instead of five because the first one is missing something. If you have these to hand, send them:
- Which device and which browser or app version.
- Which server location you were connected to.
- Roughly when it happened, and whether it still does.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
